| If you do not have an old résumé that's ok, give us a call and we will ask all the necessary questions to make you look great on paper, or email your copy of our questionnaire to fill in and email back to us. |

| Once we get a thorough analysis of your information we will email you the invoice which can be paid with any major credit card. |

| We will begin the customization process of your package. Please allow 4-7 days (includes weekends) for delivery via Microsoft Word Attachment. We will give you a call the day we delivery your product to ensure you get a chance to properly review the document. We will make all necessary changes the same day for your convenience. |
